I’ve always been interested in health and fitness to some degree. My father was a black belt in Karate and my mother was a body builder/powerlifter. My passion for personal training came after I lost over 50 pounds postpartum with my second child. I’ve competed in CrossFit, Strongman and Powerlifting, all of which I enjoyed thoroughly. I

My passion for personal training came after I lost over 50 pounds postpartum with my second child. I’ve competed in CrossFit, Strongman and Powerlifting, all of which I enjoyed thoroughly. I became a trainer in order to help others navigate the vast and confusing world of health and fitness while maintaining sanity in their home life. I believe in balance, injury prevention and being proactive. Through a combination of stress management, strength training, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and nutrition you can age gracefully and live the life you want to live to the absolute fullest.
